入世后,大连的表演艺术事业将获得更多的交流机会,并更新思想观念,调整自己的发展策略,加快产业化发展进程;同时还将面临着残酷激烈的竞争、高效规范的管理以及经营的压力、改革的阵痛。作为政府,要制定战略规划,完善政策立法,充分保护本地的文化资源,涵养文化人才;作为表演艺术实体,要通过改革,转换机制,增强自身活力,从演出市场中求得生存和发展,政府与表演艺术实体需共同应对入世带来的机遇与挑战。

Reflection on the development of the performance art after China''''s entry into WTO

After China's entry into WTO, the performance art in Dalian will obtain more exchange opportunities, more novel ideological concept, and will adjust its own development strategy, speed up the developing process of industralization. In the mean time, it will meet with ruthless and severe competition, effective and standard management as well as the business pressure and the labour pains in the reform. As a government, it should work out the strategic plan, perfect the legislation and fully protects the local cultural resources and fosters the cultural talents. As an entity of the performance art, it ought to transform the mechanism and enhance its own vitality in the reform, striving for existence and development in the performance markets. The government and the performance art entity have to jointly cope with the opportunities and the challenges after China's entry into WTO.
