| 摘 要： | 房地产业是一个资金密集型的行业,房地产金融是房地产业的血液。在中国,房地产金融业远远落后于一些发达国家,目前还存在着诸多问题,它严重影响了我国房地产业的健康发展。按WTO协议要求,中国将于2006年对外全面开放金融市场,中国房地产金融业将会出现新的格局。

| Abstract: | The real estate industry is an industry with the intensive capital.The real estate finance is the blood of the real estate industry.In china,the real estate finance has fallen behind the other developed countries and had many problems,it has seriously influenced the healthy development of the real estate industry in china.Based on the agreement of the WTO,China will open finance market in 2006,which Chinese real estate finance will come into being a new pattern. |
