论研究型大学实施知识产权战略

研究型大学知识产权拥有量呈持续上升趋势，并通过转让等多种形式实施和促进知识产权的转化。知识产权对研究型大学的形成、发展、完善有显著促进作用，知识产权的三种定位促生了三代研究型大学。我国研究型大学实施知识产权战略具有必要性及必然性。研究型大学知识产权战略的主要内容是确立知识产权在大学发展战略中的中心地位，同时须处理好知识创新与技术创新、取得知识产权与培养创造性人才、实施知识产权战略与学术自由等关系。

On IPRs Stratagem in Research Universities

At first,we review the important role that research universities take in national IPRs stratagem,including cultivation of creative persons,contributions to basic research,ability to take on big technological items,production of original IPRs,ability to serve social economy,etc.Second,we investigate IPRs'function in formiation,development and improvement of research universities and conclude that three kinds of location gestated three generation of research universities.At last,we put forth some thoughts about needness,inevitability,main content of IPRs stratagem of our country's research universities and etc.
