| 摘 要： | 金融业混业经营已经成为国际金融业发展的大趋势,我国金融业也已存在这一趋势,而且目前的分业经营体制已一定程度上束缚了金融业的发展.最后本文阐述了我国选择混业经营体制即将面临的问题,并提出了一些建议.
