血脂康治疗冠心病80例的疗效观察

目的探讨血脂康调脂功能以及非调脂作用。方法比较治疗组（血脂康组）与对照组（辛伐他汀组）治疗冠脉粥样硬化型心脏病的疗效,包括心绞痛发作情况和心电图变化。结果①治疗组显着减少心绞痛发作（P〈0.05）和改善心电图变化（P〈0.05）。②治疗组和对照组之间6周后比较,血脂的降低无显著性差异。结论血脂康治疗不仅可用于高脂血症的治疗,而且对缓解心绞痛也有一定的疗效。血脂康是一种疗效肯定、价格低廉、安个性高、耐受性好的调脂药物,适用于多数CHD合并脂质代谢异常的患者。

Effect of Xuezhikang on 80 CHD patients:an observational study

Objective To investigate the Xuezhikang in function of lowering Lipid and its role in non-lowering Lipid. Methods To compare the treatment group （Xuezhikang group） with the control group,the treatment of coronary atherosclerotie heart disease efficacy,including angina peetoris and ECG changes. Results ①The treatment group a significant reduction in angina pectoris （P〈0.05） and improved ECG changes （P〈0.05）. ②Treatment group and control group after 6 weeks between the comparison,the lipid lowering no significant difference. Conclusion Xuezhikang treatment can be used not only the treatment of hyperlipidemia,and to alleviate angina also must have results. Xuezhikang is a positive effect,the price is low,an individual high tolerance Tiaozhi best medicine,apply to the majority of the combined CHD in patients with abnormal lipid metabolism.
