| 摘 要： | 思想政治素质在人的全面素质中的地位和作用,决定了思想政治教育在素质教育中的地位和作用。因为,在人的全面素质中,思想政治素质是根本、是主导、是重点、是基础,并对素质其它要素的发展具有导向、动力和保证作用,具有素质的其它要素所不可具有的功能,因而构成了人的全面素质的核心和灵魂部分,是最重要的素质。
