| 摘 要： | 大学生群体性突发事件历来被认为是高校稳定的杀手，如何有效的预防大学生群体性突发事件的发生也是全世界高校一直在思考的问题，本文从高校辅导员日常工作的开展入手，探讨辅导员在预防大学生群体性突发事件中的作为，认为辅导员在高校大学生群体性突发事件预防控制机制中处于最重要的一环，其工作开展得成功与否直接关系到高校的安全与稳定。
