| 摘 要： | 当代西方社会学最具影响的理论流派功能论和冲突论,它们所看到的社会和谐与社会冲突都是社会的普遍现象,但两种理论各执一端。在整个社会主义初级阶段,既要保持和谐以维护社会结构的相对稳定,又要推进改革以逐步实现社会结构的调整,这就需要在我国的政治、经济和社会生活中普遍引入竞争机制,以促成人们在各个领域中的社会流动。

| Abstract: | The functional theory and the conflict theory of contemporary West sociology are the most influential,which regard the social harmony and the social conflict as the common social phenomena with their own emphases.In the initial stage of socialism,we should both keep harmony for maintaining the relative stability of the society and promote the reform for a gradual adjustment of the social structure.Thus,the competitiveness mechanism should be applied to our political,economic and social life to motivate our social activities in every aspect. |
