| 摘 要： | 探讨发展经济学家关于人的思想观念影响经济增长和经济发展的一般机制和路径,诠释农民典型落后思想导致农户家庭贫困的具体机制和路径,并通过对中国反贫困历程的反思,得出"贫困者自身落后的思想素质乃贫困之总根源"的结论,进而提出"思想反贫困"的政策建议.

| Abstract: | The article discusses the general mechanism and route held by economist that people's ideological concept can influence economic growth and economic development,gives a detailed analysis of concrete mechanism and route that peasants' old thought can lead to family poverty.By reflecting on the course of chinese eliminating poverty,the paper draws the conclusion that peasants' old thought is the ultimate root for family poverty and furthers to put forward the proposal of fighting against poverty by raising ideological qualities. |
