| 摘 要： | 城市社区建设是一项内容繁杂、涉及面广的综合性社会系统工程，本文在实地调查的基础上，介绍了南京城市社区建设的发展情况，分析了南京城市社区建设存在的问题，并针对这些问题探讨了适当的对策，以期为南京市和谐社区的构建发挥一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | Urban community building is a complex content, covers a wide range of comprehensive social engineering. On the basis of in-the-spot investigation, this paper introduces the community develop-ment of Nanjing city, analyzes the community development problems and bring up some appropriate measures, so as to play a certain amount of reference role for Nanjing to build a harmonious community. |
