| 摘 要： | 由于缺少充分的中间试验,高等学校的科研成果往往被束之高阁,不能及时转化为生产力,这一方面束缚了高校的科研能力,一方面又使对科研成果望眼欲穿的企业不能及时得到新技术的支撑,这使建立中试基地显得十分必要。高校中试基地的创建,应以学科优势为基础,以市场和科技发展趋势为导向,以产学研合作为主要途径,注重特色和通用性,规模也应适度。这些可视为高校创建中试基地应遵循的一些原则。

| Abstract: | The university's research and development results do not use in enterprise because of lacking of ade-quated middle experiment. The results do not change to productivity immediately. It hampers the university' s productive force as well as the new technology applying in enterprise. It is important for the university to build up a middle experiment base. We should consider subject superiority, maket, the trend of scientific development in building up the base. We should abide by some principles such as binding product, science and research, stressing special and general in building up the base. |
