| 摘 要： | 展望２１世纪，中国企业的发展面临经营环境的重大变化，这种变化趋势主要是由经济全球化、高度信息化、知识经济、过剩经济等因素决定的。只有那些能够对环境变化做出迅速反应的速度型企业，才有可能面对内外夹击取得竞争优势。经济全球化是势不可挡的历史趋势。 中国融入经济全球化的阶段，一方面与中国的改革开放战略和发展路径有关，另一方面也与国际跨国公司的全球化战略安排及其投资战略调整有关。概括来看，其融入经济全球化的过程大致经历了以下几个阶段： 一是以内需为导向的进口替代战略。在国内基础工业相当薄弱的改革开放初期，…
