我国工程硕士教育诞生于中国经济体制转型期,是一种适合我国国情的人才培养模式和学位类型,也是研究生教育发展的必然结果。本文从创新意识、创新能力、创业精神三个方面,提出了工程硕士应具备的综合素质和通过优化知识结构,突出工程特色,提倡学科交叉等形式,来培养高素质工程硕士的方法与途径。

On Quality-oriented Education and Cultivation of Masters of Engineering

The education of masters of engineering in China came into existence during the period of China's economic system transformation.The academic degree and qualified personnel cultivation mode are suitable to Chinese conditions.It is also the necessary result of the development of postgraduate education in China.From the aspects of creative sense,creative ability and pioneering spirit, the paper suggests the all-round development of qualified masters of engineering.The paper also suggests some effective ways to foster qualified masters of engineering: optimal knowledge mix,engineering features stress and interdisciplinary science training.
