西方教育史上对“高等教育概念”的理解

摘    要:西方教育史上的“高等教育概念”经历了萌芽、外延扩展和内涵稳定发展三个阶段。对“高等教育概念”的理解,应该从时空性和实践性两个方面结合,并考虑高等教育活动对个体和社会实施教育的高等性,才能准确把握一个概念的实质,同时还要注意概念理解的多角度性和辩证性。

Abstract:The conception of higher education in the Western history of education went through three phases,namely, rudimentary phase, phase of extension, and phase of stahilization and development. The conception of higher education should he cognized from its time-space character and its practicality ,apart from the seniority that the higher education activities have to the education for individuals and society. Besides, to grasp accurately the essence of this conception needs to take into consideration its multiperspective nature and its dialectical nature.
