| 摘 要： | 十六届三中全会提出的"五个统筹",是对毛泽东统筹发展思想的继承与发展。具体而言,"五个统筹"是对毛泽东城乡互助思想、区域均衡发展思想、经济社会综合平衡思想、环境思想、内外交流思想的继承与发展。科学地把握"五个统筹"与毛泽东统筹发展思想之间的一脉相承性,对于贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Conference expounded the ＂five balances＂ , which is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong co-ordination development thought, in particular,the ＂five balances＂ is a mutual assistance in urban and rural areas of Mao Zedong thought,ideological and regional balance in development,a comprehensive and balanced economic and social thinking,environmental thought, the exchange of ideas both inside and outside. Scientifically grasping the ＂five balances＂ and co-ordinating the development of Mao Zedong thought provide us with an important theoretical and practical significance for implementing the scientific development concept. |
