我国西部工业产业组织存在的问题及对策研究

该文在分析我国西部产业组织存在经济规模水平不高、行业集中度较低、产业进入程度较低与退出壁垒程度较高等问题之后,提出西部产业组织优化的对策是:调整和优化企业规模结构;鼓励中小企业的自由竞争;引入市场竞争机制;充分发挥价值规律的作用;通过激励和限制政策,维护合理的市场结构等。

Research and Strategies on the Existing Problems of the Industrial Organization in West China

In this article,the author analyzes the existing problems of the industrial organization in West China.These problems show that the level of economic scale and degree of trade concentration is low,at the same time,the barrier of industry's entering is low and the barrier of industry's withdrawing is high.At the end of the article,the author gives some suggestions about the optimization route of the industrial organization in West China,such as adjusting and optimizing the structure of scope of the enterprises;encouraging the free competition of small and medium-sized enterprises;introducing the competition mechanism to the market;givingfull play to the role of law of value;through encouraging and restrictive policy,safeguarding the rational structure of the market.
