| Abstract: | The strategy of sustainable development of rural financial institutions under the new situation of Jiangsu coastal exploitation was put forward.It was proposed to assure the objective orientation,support agriculture by rural credit,serve for the core government work,promote the financial service innovation,establish efficient credit mechanism for small and middle-sized enterprises,implement differentiation strategy,and actively introduce strategic investment.Other measures as talent strategy and brand strategy were also suggested to promote the competitiveness of rural bank. |
