| 摘 要： | 区域一体化引致的人才集聚与地区经济差异的关系一直是区域经济学领域研究的重要领域,该文在一个简单的分析框架基础上,利用长三角地区的统计数据,构建了人才集聚效应的评价体系,并实证分析了我国三大区域之间的人才集聚效应差异。研究发现,长三角地区人才集聚效应在2005-2009年逐渐增强;长三角、珠三角和胶东半岛三大制造业基地23个市的人才集聚效应因产业基础、人才环境等不同存在显著差异;城市级别、区位因素、产业因素、制度因素、历史因素等因素的不同,使得城市间的人才集聚效应差异显著,进而推动了地区经济差距不断扩大。

| Abstract: | The relationship between talent cluster caused by regional integration and regional economic differences has been an important research field of regional economics. Based on a simple analytical framework, this paper uses statistical data in the Yangtze River Delta region to build an evaluation system of talent cluster, and empirically analyzes the differences of talent cluster effects between three Chinese regions. This study finds that talent cluster effect of the Yangtze River Delta gradually increased in 2005-2009,and there are significant differences of talent cluster effect between the 23 cities of Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Shandong Peninsula; at the same time, the various factors such as urban hierarchy, location,as well as industrial,institutional and historical factors bring remarkable differences of talent cluster effect between cities, which widens the regional economic gap. |
