韩非子的信任理论

摘    要:韩非子在吸取儒、墨、道、法诸家信任成果的基础上,形成了自己的信任理论。他将信任关系明确区分为血缘关系和非血缘关系,提出"去私心,行公义"、"以法为教"的信任原则,强调信任的实质在于制度信任,由此制定法、术、势结合的信任策略,将信任和国家紧密结合,同时不忽视信任与道德规范的诸多联系。

Abstract:After he studied Confucianism, Moism, Daoism, Legalism, Hanfeizi developed his trust theory. He divided the trust relationship into blood relationship and non-blood relationship, and put forward trust principles of "abandoning selfishness and practicing righteousness"and "taking law as teaching". He emphasized that the essence of trust was the trust of institution. Consequently, he developed a trust system consisting of law, political trickery and authority, which connected trust with nations without ignoring the relations between trust and ethics.
