摘    要:在婴幼儿托育机构服务过程中,科学的托育课程对婴幼儿获得有益的直接经验促进其身心全面和谐发展具有重要意义,是实现幼儿保育目标的有效途径,更是托育服务高质量发展的重要引擎。自2007 年韩国政府颁布首版0-3 岁标准化保育课程以来已历经四版修订,形成了完善且规范的课程建设体系,在经合组织OECD 国家托育服务质量评估中位居前列。本文对韩国2020 年最新颁布的第四版托育课程(제4차어린이집표준보육과정)的出台背景、基本方针、课程目标、课程实施原则、组织与评价五个维度的内容进行深入解析,旨在借鉴其有益经验,助力我国托育机构课程设置及实施的规范性,推动托育服务机构高质量发展。

Abstract:In services of infant and toddler care institutions, scientific childcare curriculum is of great significance for infants to acquirevaluable direct experience and promote their comprehensive and harmonious physical and mental development. It is not only the corepath to achieve the goal of early childhood care, but also an important engine to promote the high-quality development of childcare ser⁃vices. Since the South Korean government issued the first version of the standardized childcare curriculum for 0-3 years old in 2007, ithas gone through four revisions and formed a complete and standardized curriculum system, which ranks among the top in the assess⁃ment of the quality of childcare services in various countries by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD).An in-depth analysis of the background, basic policies, curriculum objectives, implementation principles, organization and evaluationof the latest fourth edition of standardized childcare curriculum in South Korea in 2020, we can learn from its useful experience to helpstandardize the curriculum design and implementation of childcare institutions in China, and promote the high-quality development ofchildcare service institutions.
