| 摘 要： | 确立无效婚姻制度是我国婚姻法发展的必然。虽然修改后的《婚姻法》规定了无效婚姻制度，但在具体设计上仍存在漏洞。本文通过对我国无效婚姻制度现实情况的分析，就如何完善该制度提出了一些构想。

| Abstract: | Establishing invalid marriage system is anticipated in China. Although revised marriage Law specifies the invalid marriage system, it is still full of holes. The paper analyses current situation of invalid marriage system in China and puts forward some suggestions for new improvement. |
