| 摘 要： | 财产信托制度是美国现代成年监护制度的一个重要组成部分,它的发展水平直接影响着成年监护制度的运行与发展,关系到欠缺行为能力成年人利益的保障与维护。经过多年的实践,美国成年监护制度中的财产信托制度迅速发展,取得了引人瞩目的社会效益。美国信托制度的理念内涵与实践经验,对于进一步改善我国欠缺行为能力成年人的生活状况,提高其经济保障水平,建立健全相应的配套制度,促进我国成年监护制度的进一步完善,具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
