| 摘 要： | 科学技术的发展只是民主政治的有利条件而非充分条件,过度强调科学技术的决定性作用只会导致唯科学主义和人类理性的自负,其结果必将摧毁民主赖以生存的文化土壤,把民主推向不归之路.
