| 摘 要： | 作为促进移动通信市场竞争的重要手段,MNP已为许多国家所采用。本文回顾了有关MNP的理论研究,对MNP的成本-收益进行了分析,考察了MNP的国际实践,分析了中国实施MNP的必要性,并对在中国实施MNP提出了政策建议。

This paper looks back on the theoretical studies associated with MNP,discusses the benefit-cost of MNP,inspects the practice of MNP around the world,analyzes why China should introduce MNP, and puts forward some policy proposals for the implementation of MNP in China. |
