唐代监察制度探析

秦代之后,监察制度不断完善。到唐代,监察制度已基本完备,不仅监察机构和职责分工更细,而且监察的范围也更加广泛和全面。唐代监察制度为此后中国历代监察制度奠定了基础。但是,在封建专制制度下,监察制度只能是封建专制皇权的附庸和工具。

Analysis of the supervisory system in Tang Dynasty

The supervisory sysytem was perfected constantly after Qin Dynasty.By the Tang Dynasty,the supervisory has been already complete basically,not merely the organization and division of duty is detailed,and the range controlled is more extensive and more overall.The supervisory system of Tang Dynasty established the foundation for China's past dynasties.However, under the feudal autocratic system,the supervisory system can only be dependencies and tools of the feudal autocratic imperial power.
