摘    要:利用单波长法测定蓝莓味硬糖中诱惑红、亮蓝含量,双波长等吸收法测定香橙味硬糖中诱惑红、柠檬黄的含量.结果显示,诱惑红在0.3~40mg·L^-1、柠檬黄在0.6~40mg·L^-1、亮蓝在0.08-20mg·L^-1浓度范围内具有良好的性线关系,相关系数大于0.999.该方法具有计算简单、操作方便、准确性较高等特点.

Abstract:The single wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine allura red and brilliant blue of blueberry flavor hard candy. Both single wavelength and dual wavelength spectrophotometer were used to determine allura red and tartrazine in orange flavor hard candy. The results showed that allura red at 0. 3 - 40 mg ·L^-1 ,tartrazine at 0.6 - 40 mg·L^-1 and brilliant blue at 0.04-20 mg ·L^-1 had a good linear relationship, with correlation coefficient of larger than 0. 999. The method is simple, convenient and accu- rate.
