苏北抗日根据地的减租减息和农业生产

苏北抗日根据地的经济建设与减租斗争同步且相互促进。减租运动前,苏北区的土地占有比较集中,租佃关系十分苛刻,存在着减租斗争的紧迫性。苏北区党委注意在维护统一战线的原则下,通过贯彻群众路线和阶级路线,推进减租斗争。减租斗争引起苏北区社会阶级关系的变动,地主、富农受到相当程度的削弱,贫农境遇得到一定程度的改善。在减租斗争的基础上,苏北区党和政府领导广大农民积极发展农业生产。

The economical construction and the struggle for rent and interest reduction of Northern Jiangsu anti -Japanese based area possessed the same step and promoted each other. Before this struggle, the possession of land was very concentrated and the tenancy relationship was very rigor in Northern Jiangsu border area. The party of border area promoted this struggle by carrying out people and class route under the principle of united front. This struggle led to the change of social and class relationship. The landlord and rich peasant were weakened and the condition of the poor peasant was improved. So party and government of border area led peasants to develop agriculture production on the basis of this struggle.
