公民权视域下的农民工身份承认与社会团结

建立在civilright意义上的公民权研究无法有效回应社会团结问题，须在citizenship的意义上重新理解公民权。这种公民权遵循从身份承认到权利获得的逻辑，为存在分殊差异的社会提供了重要的团结资源。以此为理论视域，文章分析了中国的户籍制度与农民工的身份承认问题，认为农民工问题的解决，需要通过市民与农民工彼此的公民承认共同迈进公民权的体系中，各自能够以公民身份自我宣称与相互宣称，最终达致社会团结。

Identity Recognition of Migrant Workers in the View of Citizenship and Social Solidarity

Rights research in the sense of civil rights can not be an effective response to the problem ot social solidarity. Civil rights should be construed in the sense of citizenship. Citizenship interpreted in this way follows the logic from identity recognition to entitlement. Citizenship provides an important resource of solidarity for social differences. From this theoretical perspective, the paper analyzes China＇s household registration system and the i- dentity recognition of migrant workers. The paper believes that the solution to the problem of migrant workers, resi- dents of the city and migrant workers need to recognize each other and work together towards citizenship system, so that both of them may declare the citizenship for them, and ultimately achieve social solidarity.
