青年教师培养体系的建构与成效——以常熟理工学院为例

摘    要:青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是实现教学、科研、社会服务、文化传承等高校功能的生力军和后备军,是高校实现可持续发展和提高教育质量的关键因素。在阐述高校加强青年教师培养的重要意义的基础上,提出了常熟理工学院青年教师培养体系建构的理念、途径及举措,并分析了近几年学校加强青年教师培养体系构建的初步成效,阐明了青年教师培养体系建构是实现青年教师可持续发展与学校事业有效推进的重要保证。

Abstract:Young teachers are an important part of university teachers. They are fresh troops and reserve forces to achieve the function of higher education, such as teaching, researching, social services and cultural heritage. They are also the key factors in achieving sustainable development and improving the quality of education. On the bases of stating the importance of enhancing teachers'cultivation, the idea of how to construct a system of the young teachers in Changshu Institute of Technology is put for-ward. The initial effect by eonstructing the system of enhancing the teachers'euhivation of Changshu Institute of Technology in recent years is analyzed. It is illustrated that the construction of training young teachers system is the important guarantee of realizing the sustainable development for young teachers and effective propulsion for the college.
