燃煤锅炉低NOx排放技术及其试验研究

摘    要:降低燃煤锅炉的NOx(氮氧化物)排放是环境保护的一项重要内容。本文研究了煤燃烧过程中NOx的形成机理,介绍了煤燃烧生成的NOx是一般控制方法及空气分级燃烧脱硝原理。通过现场改造进行试验研究,考察了采用空气分级燃烧技术降低燃煤锅炉NOx排放的实际效果及其影响因素。

Abstract:Reduction of NOx emission for coal-fired boiler is an important subject to protect environment. This paper analyses the mechanism of NOx formation in coal burning ,also it introduces the common methods to control NOx emission and the principle of air classified combustion. Technical reformation in a plant is conducted for experimental research, and the real effects and influential factors are checked by experiment to reduce NOx emission for coal-fired boiler adopting air classified combustion technology.
