| Abstract: | The new policy that combines "Running the Country with Law" with "Running the Country with Morality", which was put forward by the Chinese Communist Party, is the contribution and the development of Marxist theory of running the state. From the different angels, this article comments on the science and the necessity of this policy, and makes some exploration into how to put this policy into effect. |
