| 摘 要： | 彝族民间所形成的选择控制者的规范首先指向德古调解。在现代劳务输出的背景之下，彝族人口与其他民族于外民族地区发生的劳动争议日益增多，在劳动争议这一具体的纠纷解决中，可能会形成新的选择控制者的规范。彝族民间德古调解这一非正式社会控制方式在劳动争议纠纷解决中的适用可能会丧失其传统的比较优势，法律体系适用的可能性会增大。

| Abstract: | Yi people always choose De Gu to resolve disputes,which can maximize their welfare.Exporting of Yi labour raises the incidence of labour disputes occurred out of regions of minorities between Yi people and others.When labour disputes occurred,because it may lose its traditional relative ascendency, De Gu mediation perhaps could not be used so often.Therefore,legal system may be used more often than before. |
