| 摘 要： | 少数民族传统文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分。加强立法，加大少数民族传统文化的保护力度，对于传承和弘扬中华文化具有重要意义。目前，我国少数民族传统文化保护立法还存在不足和缺陷，应当进一步完善立法，加强少数民族传统文化的保护。

| Abstract: | Traditional culture of ethnic groups is an indispensable component of Chinese culture. Strengthening legislation and perfecting the protection of ethnic groups' traditional culture have an important significance for inheriting and developing Chinese culture.At present,there are still many faults and deficiencies in protecting ethnic groups' traditional culture in our country,thus legislation in this field and the protection of ethnic groups' traditional culture should be further enhanced. |
