| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课教师素质的高低直接影响教学的质量与水平,其所应具备的素质中政治思想素质、理论素质和科学文化素质更是重中之重。思想政治理论课有其内在的规律和理论体系,是与其他理论知识相关联的。正因为如此,思想政治理论课教师只有具备相应的较高的思想政治素质、理论素质和广博的科学文化知识才能胜任本职工作。

| Abstract: | The qualities of political teachers affect the teaching levels in university.Political course possesses its innate laws and theoretical systems and relates closely with other subjects.Correct political consciousness,good command of political theories and extensive knowledge are the most important qualities for political teachers. Therefore,only those teachers who carry the above qualities can be competent at their work. |
