| Abstract: | The change of economic development mode to sustainable development one is to ensure the aim of overall well-off society to be realized in Xinjiang. At present, what is to be done is to build the ability of sustainable development. This ability means the uplifting of technological ability, the reinforcement of public participation, the strengthening of social capital accumulation, the strengthening of government functions, and so on. |
