| 摘 要： | 台湾问题既是中国的内部问题,同时又是一个重大国际战略问题。观察、思考和处理台湾问题需要有全局性、战略性的大视野,从中华民族长远根本利益出发,在和平发展总体战略下谋篇布局,把对台政策建立在对新形势下两岸关系的正确判断、对台湾岛内主流民意与政党政策的科学分析、对外部干涉国家的战略意图的准确判断之上。
