| 摘 要： | 项目进度管理是展会筹备的核心工作,受到诸多因素的制约,需要经常性调整计划和进行实时动态管理。鉴于此,以展会筹办的一般流程为例,将运筹学中的网络计划技术运用到展会进度管理中,通过网络图绘制和关键路线的确定,对展览项目的工期、费用和资源进行实时管理和优化。
