| 摘 要： | 旅游产业的高关联性和高敏感性使得旅游危机几乎无处不在,旅游者对旅游目的地的风险感知将在一定程度上决定其行为选择,有关旅游者风险感知的研究是旅游目的地危机管理的重要组成部分。影响旅游者风险感知的因素分为4大类22项,运用多元回归模型对其进行分析,可知对旅游者风险感影响较为显著的有危机发生地获得外部救援的能力、媒体对危机事件的客观报道、对危机事件相关知识的了解程度、危机发生地的相关恢复计划和措施、来自周围人的影响、性别、政府部门的态度及表现等10个方面。
