论国家科技奖励评审机制的完善思路

评审是开展国家科学技术奖励的关键与难点所在。目前国家科学技术奖励评审工作还存在着一些不足,需要从以下几个方面来完善国家科学技术奖励评审工作:扩展评审专家来源、加大同行评审力度、推行验后授奖制度、细化专家回避制度、引入中介评审机构、明确评审专家权责、加强评审过程监督。
