| 摘 要： | 继续教育是终身学习体系的重要组成部分,在当前实施党中央全面建设小康社会、推进城乡统筹发展的重要战略部署中,继续教育肩负着提高城乡人力资源综合素质的重要历史使命,文章通过对城乡统筹背景下继续教育办学体制的研究,提出了推进城乡统筹发展继续教育办学体制创新改革的对策思考。
