| 摘 要： | 西方发达国家非常重视教师的专业化建设，而且在推进高校教师的专业化进程中，积累了相当丰富的经验。分析并总结这些国家在促进教师专业化方面的经验，为我国高校全面实现教师专业化提供有益的启示。
