| 摘 要： | 部分旅游景点在涉外旅游服务中存在英语语解说词水平不高及导游服务水平参差不齐的问题。景点解说词的不规范及导游服务不规范是造成这一现象的主要原因。提高涉外服务中的跨文化意识，规范并重视涉外服务，有助于涉外旅游业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | There exist some problems in the internatinal travel service in parts of tourist attractions including the non-standard English commentaries and less qualified tour guides. To standardize the English eommentary and improve the eapability of the tour guides will be beneficial to the development of the travel industry. |
