| 摘 要： | 国际刑法与国际人道法关系密切,在国际刑法实践的推动下,国际人道法不断发展,主要表现为:国际人道法的实施力度得以增强,其立足点由国家转向了个人,国际人道法不断朝着人本化的方向发展,国际人道法中的习惯法和强行法规则得以确认。但同时国际人道法也呈现了不成体系的发展趋势。
