| Abstract: | With the development of the expressway, staff of team growing bigger and bigger, and the age, knowledgement, and personal abilities of everyone is different. So how to arouse the entrusiasm of the work and the creativeness of the staff, becoming an important task of the expressway. In order to fulfill the goal of unify the ideology and improve the management, this essay starts with the improvement of the ideology of the staff and the general competence. |
