| Abstract: | Local colleges train applied talents as its features, which played an important role for local economic development. This institutions should be based on their school orientation, teaching characteristics, training objectives, development needs to reconstruct itself performance evaluation system to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers, and promote local economic development, which has some practical significance. |
