| 摘 要： | 高校跨学科团队是创新的重要组织形式，而知识整合是创新的基础。通过对高校跨学科团队创新相关研究成果进行系统的研究，指出了现有研究的局限性，从知识整合视角提出进一步研究的空间和新思路，为相关领域的后续研究奠定了理论基础。

| Abstract: | Interdisciplinary team in university is a very important organization, and knowledge integration is base of innovation. This paper reviewed the literatures on Interdisciplinary team innovation in university, and pointed out the limitations of existing literatures on Interdisciplinary team innovation, on this basis, induced and collated a new visual angle from knowledge integration on this research field in order to provide the space and new approach for further research and lay a theoretical foundation for the followup study. |
