| Abstract: | Refined management, introduced from modem enterprise management theories, has been a management concept used to enhance the students＂ work in higher schools. To well understand and apply this concept, the key is to keep in mind the human- centered philosophy, enhance the training of instructors, establish a sound evaluation system, and enhance the enforcement of the management. |
