| 摘 要： | 国外慈善事业的政府规制因制度规范、法律完善、监督全面等因素极大促进了慈善事业的蓬勃发展,中国慈善事业的政府规制尚处于摸索阶段,需要选择性地借鉴和学习西方经验促进我国慈善事业又好又快发展。文章首先概述了国内外慈善事业的最新发展情况,其次从管理体制、组织规制、经济规制、法律规制和监督体制上对国内外政府规制现状进行了对比分析,找出差距、提出建议,最后引出我国政府对慈善事业发展的规制展望。
