摘    要:研究生骨干是校园管理中不可或缺的群体。但是,目前研究生骨干培养模式存在的信息流通不顺畅、资源协调不妥当等“孤立”问题,伴随着研究生骨干规模的扩大和角色向多样性的转变日益凸显。而“协同型一个性化”培养模式,可以通过多室协作、评估团等方式,最大程度地实现组织内部的人性化和协作精神。这是解决研究生骨干培养模式中“孤立”问题的最佳模式。

Abstract:The core members of postgraduates are a necessary group in university administration. However, some problems that are seemingly "isolated" in the current training model for this group,which include the block of information circulation, and improper coordination of resources, do arise with the growing number of core postgraduates and the pluralistic change of their roles. Yet, the "coordinated personalized" training model can realize to the greatest extent the humanization and coordination inside the organizations by way of coordinating among rooms and forming appraisal units. It is actually a best model that can solve the problems which are seemingly "isolated".
