地域视角下区域经济差异分解——基于新疆的实证分析

区域经济差异是区域经济研究的热点与核心内容之一。本文选取1997—2009年为研究时段，以人均GDP和居民人均收入作为衡量区域经济差异的变量指标，利用锡尔系数，对新疆南北疆区域经济差异进行了分解研究。结果表明：南疆内部差异对新疆总体区域经济差异的贡献份额最大。南疆内部差异是造成新疆区域经济差异的最主要的原因；而南北疆地带间差异对新疆经济整体差异中贡献份额呈现出上升趋势，表明南北疆地带间差异的扩大正逐渐成为新疆区域经济差异扩大的主要原因之一。在上述研究的基础上，为促进新疆区域经济协调发展，提出了缩小新疆区域经济差异的相关对策建议。

The Decompose of Regional Economic Disparities from the Angle of District -- An empirical analysis based on Xinjiang

The regional economic disparities are the hot issues and core contents in regional economic research .This paper takes per capita GDP and residents＇ per capita income from 1997 to 2009 as the variable index of regional economic disparities and analyses the regional economic disparities between by means of Theil Coefficient. Results show that： the northern part of Xinjiang internal disparities make the largest share of contributions to Xinjiang overall regional economic disparities, shows that the northern part of Xinjiang internal disparities are the main reason which caused the Xinjiang regional economic differences. And the difference between the northern part of Xinjiang and southern part of Xinjiang in overall economic differences contribution shows ascendant trend, shares that the expansion of the difference between the northern part of Xinjiang and southern part of Xinjiang is increasingly beeoming one of the main reasons for the expansion of the Xinjiang regional economic disparities. Based on the study, this article comes up with some suggestions to narrow the regional economic differences, and promote the harmonious development of the regional eeonomy in Xinjiang.
